Briquetting Plant
briquetting machine, biomass briquettes, briquetting plant
The briquetting industry in India has grown tremendously in last 4 to 5 years and numbers of plants have been installed across the country.  The growth has helped raise awareness about the use of briquetting plant and bio fuel. Particularly states like Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra which are mostly operating on materials like bagasse, rice husk, coffee husk, almond shells, forest leaves etc.  Now these materials have suffered from different briquetting machine and produce biomass briquettes.

Preparing Biomass for Briquetting
Most types of biomass have low bulk density and medium moisture content. So processing including cutting, shredding, grinding and drying for increased bulk density are required for briquetting. Also, the availability of these materials is seasonable so they have to be stored for biomass briquetting. In developing countries, most of the briquettes plants are utilized to process material operate 10 to 12 hours per day with low productivity and high power consumption.

Biomass Energy

Every year lots of agriculture waste and industrial waste are generated. Both burnt inefficiently causing air and land pollution.  These wastes can provide sustainable source of energy by converting into high density fuel briquettes with the use of briquette press. Numbers of briquetting plant are being put up in developed and un-developed countries to meet the need of fossil fuels in area are located far away from mines. Currently we are seeing growing demand of briquetting plant, as more and more briquetting plants have been installed to use biomass briquettes. These briquettes have consistent quality and high density. They are easy to store, handle and transportation.

Advantages

The biomass briquetting plant is completely replace the fossil fuels and pellet machine. This plant does not require constant supervision. One person can easily handle this.

Briquetting plant is invented for renewable and Eco friendly energy. This plant is medium to protect our environment. The output from briquetting plant is known as biomass briquettes.

There is an advantage of using biomass briquettes for renewable energy. People who have been using firewood for heating and cooking will find that the biomass briquettes are more efficient. In fact, they are 40% more efficient, as well as hotter and longer lasting than firewood.

Future of Briquetting Plant

Briquetting plant investment is the best project to earn revenue from agro waste and produce sustainable and greener energy to protect our nature. From the above discussion we can conclude that briquetting plant is the best renewable source of energy.
