Different types of Briquettes

Posted by Unknown On 22:12 | 4 comments
In India, different types of briquettes are manufactured by briquetting plant manufacturer. All types of briquettes are made from agricultural or forestry waste which are used in different industries. There is a collection of various briquettes like biomass briquettes, recycled briquettes, white coal briquettes, saw dust briquettes, agro waste briquettes, wood briquettes, boiler fuel briquettes etc…

Biomass Briquettes

Biomass and other green waste are  gathered and compressed under high pressure and  then convert into biomass briquettes. This whole  process is known as briquetting plant process.  Biomass briquettes are perfect substitute to coal  and lignite. These biomass briquettes are used in  industries to heat the boilers and to produce steam  as well as at home for cooking. It does not emit  sulfur or any other gas which pollute environment.

Sawdust Briquettes
Sawdust briquettes are quality assured briquettes. These briquettes are comes with low as content and delivers smokeless and odorless usage. These briquettes are widely used to provide heat to industrial boilers which in turn produces electricity from steam. These briquettes are offered by biomass briquette manufacturer are reliable and economic. They are making these briquettes in saw dust briquette machine which is highly useful machine. These are available in the industrial market with leading price.

Agro waste Briquettes

Agro waste briquettes are best alternative to coal and charcoal. These briquettes are made from agriculture or forestry waste and have high specific density compared to loose biomass. These briquettes are easy to handle, transport and store. These are cheaper than coal and offer high boiler efficiency due to low moisture. These have no sulfur content that pollutes environment. Wood Briquettes

Wood briquette has burning efficiency and does not generate any flash. It is the vital source of energy and can be used in the place of coal and fire wood. These briquettes are pollution free and having excellent burning efficiency. The carbon dioxide (CO2) balance is even, because wood briquettes release just as much CO2 to the atmosphere as the tree absorbs through growth by photosynthesis.

The biomass briquette plant is a project of cash from waste. It is a plant to convert green waste, industrial waste, bio coal or briquettes. Any type of agro forestry waste  like groundnut shell, almond shell. Rice husk, sugar-cane beggars or biomass can be converted into briquettes. These raw materials can’t directly use into Briquette plant. If these raw materials  contain more than 10% moisture  then drying and cutting is required.

There are many uses of biomass. But Making Briquette plant is the best use of biomass. Briquettes are widely used in industries as well as home for cooking and heating. Biomass can create a gas fuel or liquid fuel through its process. Biomass can be compressed and burn easily so it can generate heat for cooking and any other issues. Biomass creates liquid fuel as bio diesel which is used in cars, buses and any other vehicles. So from this plant we can get a renewable source of energy and pollution free environment.
The Indian Government has offered some relaxation for implementation of the Briquette Plants.  Some of advantage offered by the Indian Government for Briquette Plants.
  • Free income tax for the First five years.
  • The government provided a subsidy of 35% on the price of Briquette plant.
  • A 80% decrease on investment cost in the First years itself.
  • No Requirement of NOC from State pollution Boards.
Benefits of Briquette plant including:
  •  Efficiency
Briquettes burned  in a specific manner, slowly and efficiently due to higher volume density. This energy conversion method is more efficient than others. More and more utility industries are using briquettes to replace solid fuel.

  •  Saving in transportation, storage and handling:
Briquettes are coming from biomass and this briquettes increase volume density of biomass, thus stored, transport and handling cost is almost reduced. Other file types are difficult to handle and transport but briquettes is available in a variety of sizes, shapes and design. So its transportation and handling is not difficult.

  • Cost
Briquette machinery is available in affordable price and you can purchase it online.
  • Pollution
This plant does not produce any type of pollution. It creates natural and clean atmosphere. So using this plant we can produce energy and save the environment.
  • Quality and hygienic foil
Biomass briquettes have consistent quality and it’s very simple to handle and stored.
Indian Government  provides some of the relaxation on income tax and other if these plants are to be set up in the villages and scheduled or rural areas. There is a reason behind this rather it is all offered for the growth and development of those rural areas too.
